Refund Policy
Sombrero Bros Window Cleaning
Purpose
This Return and Satisfaction Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request corrective services or refunds for window-cleaning work performed by Sombrero Bros Window Washing (“the Company”).
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the completed service, the client must notify the Company within 48 hours. Upon notification, the Company will return to perform a complimentary re-cleaning of the reported areas.
Conditions for Complimentary Re-Cleaning
A re-cleaning will be provided if:
• The issue directly relates to the work performed.
• The windows were part of the original service and accessible.
• The request is made within 48 hours of service completion.
Re-cleaning does not apply to:
• New dirt, debris, or weather-related spotting occurring after service completion.
• Surfaces not included in the original scope of work.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if the Company is unable to resolve the issue after a re-cleaning, or if there is documented evidence of damage caused directly by the Company. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions and Limitations
This policy does not cover:
• Pre-existing damage or deterioration of windows or surrounding structures.
• Hard water stains, mineral deposits, or similar conditions unless specifically included in the service package.
• Screen, track, frame, or sill cleaning unless purchased.
• Weather-related spotting or conditions beyond the Company’s control.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
